Scarecrow Trail 2025 – ‘Around the World in 80 Days’

Get ready to pack your bags, because the 2025 Duffield and Hazelwood Scarecrow Trail is set to take you on a whirlwind adventure ‘Around the World in 80 Days’!
From Parisian landmarks to African safaris, from the bustling streets of Tokyo to the icy landscapes of Antarctica, next year’s Trail will be a passport to a world of scarecrows that reflect the excitement of travelling across the continents!
The 2025 Trail will run from Wednesday 17th September to Sunday 21st September (don’t forget to put the date on your calendar!). Come join us on a truly global celebration as we go ‘Around the World in 80 Days’!
Scarecrow Trail Maps
You can buy a Duffield and Hazelwood Scarecrow Trail brochure, showing the location of all the scarecrows dotted across the villages, from Duffield News and Treetops Hospice Shop (both on Town Street, Duffield). You can also buy one during the weekend of Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st September from our Scarecrow Hub, which will be set up outside the White Hart pub on Town Street from 9:00am until 5:00pm.
The brochure also shows you the location of all our refreshment stops (weekend only), and includes your quiz entry sheets and voting sheets. They cost just £3 and all the money raised will go towards supporting next year’s Trail, and our chosen charity for this year – Derby Kids’ Camp.
Have fun spotting all our fabulous scarecrows!
