Getting to Duffield
By Car
Duffield is located 4-5 miles north of the City of Derby and is easily accessible from Derby, Nottingham, Sheffield, the M1 Motorway and the A6, A38 & A52 main roads.
Please use postcode DE56 4EQ for Chapel Street parking. Please note that parking is very limited both here and throughout the village, therefore we do recommend that if possible you take advantage of Duffield’s public transport services (see below).
By Bus
Duffield is well served by regular bus services running from Derby and Belper, with many services also running to and from Wirksworth, Matlock, Bakewell, Buxton, Heage and Ripley.

By Train
Regular railway services run to and from Duffield from several locations throughout Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire. If visiting from much further afield then you should change at either Derby, Nottingham or Lincoln stations where you can connect with the Derwent Valley (Matlock) service for onward travel to Duffield.
Heritage railway services from Wirksworth to Duffield will also be in operation during the weekend of the festival.

By Air
The nearest airport is East Midlands Airport and is approximately 30-40 minutes away by car/taxi (depending on traffic conditions). The Skylink Derby bus service is an approx 35-minute journey to Derby and stops at both the city railway and bus stations. From these you can then connect with local bus/rail services to Duffield.
