Scarecrow Trail 2024 Charity Beneficiaries

The 2024 Duffield & Hazelwood Scarecrow Trail, which saw more than 100 scarecrows featured among 70 displays dotted around the two villages, not only saw hundreds of visitors admiring the creative talents on show but also helped to raise over £1,000 split equally between two local charities.

Duffield Trinity Methodist Church has closed, and without action it is likely to be sold, possibly for housing. However it could instead be converted for other community uses.
Duffield Arts Festival to become a Community Interest Company

Duffield Arts Festival has announced that it is to change from a not-for-profit organisation to a Community Interest Company (CIC). The change to a CIC will allow us to access grants and funding opportunities.
